About the Dentist
Dr. Maria Hidalgo is committed to providing personalized, thoughtful dental care in a comfortable setting. Known for her gentle approach and warm, approachable personality, she takes time to explain treatment clearly and help patients feel at ease throughout their visits.
Dr. Hidalgo was born and raised in Yakutsk, Russia. She earned her first Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from Moscow State University of Medicine and Dentistry. After relocating to the United States, she earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine, graduating with Honors in Community Oral Health.
Dr. Hidalgo has completed multiple six-month implant continuum programs as well as advanced surgical training, further expanding her experience in implant dentistry and surgical procedures. She is currently pursuing a Fellowship with the International Congress of Oral Implantologists (ICOI).
Her clinical training also includes externships at the Philadelphia VA Hospital and participation in international programs, giving her experience across different clinical settings. Dr. Hidalgo continues to pursue advanced education in dental techniques, technology, surgery, and modern implant dentistry.
She also incorporates advanced digital dentistry into her practice, including in-office 3D printing, to support efficient treatment planning and customized dental solutions.
Dr. Hidalgo practices in the Millenia area of Orlando, where she provides comprehensive dental care for patients of different ages. She is fluent in Russian and conversational in Spanish, helping her communicate with families from a variety of backgrounds.
Outside the office, Dr. Hidalgo enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She also enjoys attending community events, volunteering, and taking part in her children’s activities.
